Innovation Centre in Tallaght

The 10-storey Victoria Place block in south Belfast was given the lowest fire safety rating. And had been damaged by a large bonfire in the past. As part of a city wide initiative in Belfast to improve the safety of its high rise apartments – Sperrin Facades supplied and fitted 300sqm of Albond aluminium panels. Bringing the fire safety rating of the building up to acceptable standards.

At St.Brogan's in Bandon, Sperrin Facades supplied and fitted around 1000m2 of Swisspearl facade. The architect, (Kobw Architects based in Cork) opted for Carat Black Opal and Nobilis Granite & Crystal panels from Swisspearl. Check out the link to see the pupils enjoying their new building.

On this project for Point A Hotel, Dublin - Sperrin Facades provided a full SFS Infill Works and weather board. We used Cembrit Rainscreen insulation with fire breaks and aluminium sub frame. The main contractor was Sheahan Collins Construction and the building was designed by Morrison Design.

This project was completed with a full thru wall system, 60 minute fire rated wall. Designed by architect Pascal Watson the main contractor Clancy construction. Sperrin Facades installed full SFS Infill Works, Weather Board, Cembrit Rain Screen Insulation, Fire Breaks and Aluminium Sub Frame.
